Responsibilities

• Own QoE instrumentation and monitoring for Netflix ads from device telemetry to dashboards.
• Serve as the core steward of ads QoE and influence best practices for producers and consumers.
• Collaborate with product engineering, data engineering, and data scientists to develop new ways to measure perceived performance.
• Help ensure data quality and enable data-driven decisions across teams.
