Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. seeks a QNXT Project Supervisor to provide day-to-day leadership and coordination for the QNXT core system implementation. You will ensure workstreams stay aligned with priorities, milestones, and deliverables, promote accountability, and escalate risks as needed.

This role oversees Business Project Managers, Testing Coordinator, Training Coordinator, and other project resources, working closely with the QNXT Project Implementation Office (PIO) and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, project management, or related field.
• Five years minimum leading implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and/or overseeing project resources, deliverables, and timelines.
• PMP Certification preferred; health plan/healthcare operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and guide assigned QNXT project resources.
• Set priorities, coordinate resource assignments, monitor performance and deliverables.
• Oversee milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items; adjust as priorities change.
• Coordinate activities across requirements, testing, training, readiness, and implementation.
• Maintain project plans and documentation; monitor timelines and address risks or delays.
• Facilitate resolution of key decisions and ensure changes documented and communicated.
• Monitor testing progress, defects, training development, and readiness risks.
• Lead coordination with PIO and stakeholders to align testing, readiness, go-live, and post-implementation.
• Provide oversight to project resources and support staff.
• Perform other duties as required.
