Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapist-QMHP to provide rehabilitation therapy services to members, individually and in groups, under supervision. The role requires Oregon QMHP credentials and a background in behavioral health.

Shifts are full-time, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $28.43–$35.13 per hour and geographic differentials. Starting pay is commensurate with experience; the position requires driving as needed, a valid license, and company vehicle access for

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in behavioral health.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR certification required or within 60 days of employment.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification required or within 60 days of employment.
• First Aid certification required or within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to use company vehicle to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provides rehabilitation therapy services to members, both individually and in groups.
