Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a QMHA to deliver care aligned with individual service plans and Medicaid standards in a Bend, Oregon setting. The role involves direct and indirect services to support behavioral health recovery.

The position offers wage flexibility ($18.69–$22.52 hourly) with geographic differentials based on location from which the role is performed, and eligibility for QMHA credentials will be pursued within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of psychiatric mental health experience.
• Or a BA/BS with 1 year of mental health experience.
• Must be eligible for QMHA credentialing in Oregon and obtain QMHA-R within 30 days.
• Must obtain QMHA certification within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide care per individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
• Deliver direct and indirect services as required by the plan.
• Support patients in their behavioral health recovery journey.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The QMHA provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The QMHA provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Shifts Available:

Expected starting wage range is $18.69 - $22.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• High school diploma or G.E.D and three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
• Must be eligible to be credentialed as a QMHA in the state of Oregon and obtain QMHA-R (registration) within 30 days of hire and must obtain QMHA certification within 12 months of hire date
