Job summary

Telecare Corporation operates the Recovery Center at Gresham, a 16‑bed facility for adults 18+ with serious mental illness. The QMHA role provides care in line with individual service plans and Medicaid standards, with on‑call shifts; starting wages fall within the advertised range and geographic differentials apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of psychiatric mental health experience.
• BA/BS with 1 year mental health setting experience.
• Eligible to be QMHA in Oregon; obtain QMHA-R within 30 days.
• Must obtain QMHA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Valid drivers license and personal vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect services per individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
• Respond to physical and psychological needs of members served.
• Coordinate with care team to implement treatment plans.
• Support QMHA activities and documentation as required.
