Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant field with clinical experience.
• Preferably experience with children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and strong confidentiality understanding.
• Desire to work under supervision with a treatment team.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy counseling.
• Document billable services in compliance with regulations.
• Train agency staff to implement treatment plans.
• Complete case notes according to agency policy.
