Job summary

Life Enhancement Services seeks a QMHP to provide skill-building training in the home or community, using evidence-based curriculums. The role includes crisis support, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and community partners.

You'll maintain records per regulatory standards, engage in ongoing professional development, and help clients achieve their Service Plan goals while promoting independent living.

Responsibilities

• Provide skill-building training in the home, office, or community using evidence-based practices and curriculum.
• Provide crisis/emergency services with crisis hours documented.
• Maintain client documentation per Texas Administrative Code requirements.
• Use practical listening skills to establish rapport with client and family, providing emotional support.
• Maintain records by regulatory standards and submit data to track outcomes.
• Keep family and team informed on progress toward Service Plan goals.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks to promote independent living.
• Collaborate with court/probation, tribal/community agencies, families, and natural supports.
• Help clients practice effective communication, problem-solving, and anger management.
• Participate in weekly and monthly staff meetings and professional development training.
