Job summary

Winners Circle Group in Tyler, TX seeks a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to support children, youth and families through goal-directed interventions and compassionate coaching. You will build strong relationships, document progress within 24 hours of sessions, and maintain CANS or ANSA certification as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and youth.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, such as 3-9 PM, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with children and youth to optimize their functioning.
• Provide goal-directed interventions to stabilize children and youth in transition.
• Complete progress notes within 24 hours after each session.
• Maintain certification in the CANS or ANSA, updated annually.
