Job summary

Lifelong Access seeks a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to deliver assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and related mental health services to clients within our growing behavioral health clinic. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and adherence to regulations, with opportunities for clinical supervision hours as growth occurs.

The position is full-time with a starting wage of $25 per hour, and the successful candidate will work within a compassionate team dedicated

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or a related field with practicum or supervised experience.
• Experience with children and adolescents preferred but not required.
• Illinois professional license preferred but not required.
• Confidentiality understood and practiced.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy to supported individuals.
• Document and bill for billable services per regulations.
• Train agency staff to support treatment plan implementation.
• Complete case notes and maintain compliant files.
