AOC Outreach Services is seeking a Licensed Clinician – QMHP Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and supervision to QMHP staff, ensuring compliance with policies and timely documentation. The role includes biweekly group supervision, review of assessments and ISPs, and guidance on client care.

Must be fully licensed (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) and fluent in English/Spanish. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and experience with children/adolescents are preferred as part of our mission to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed to practice independently: LMFT, LPC or LCSW.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care frame.
• Experience with children/adolescents and co-occurring populations.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to QMHP staff via scheduled group supervision.
• Facilitate QMHP supervision groups on a biweekly alternating schedule.
• Review client-related concerns, interventions, progress, barriers and staff needs.
• Provide guidance, feedback and recommendations to QMHPs on client care.
• Identify clinical concerns requiring escalation.
• Ensure supervision documentation is completed within 48 hours of each session.
