Job summary

AOC Outreach Services is seeking a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Texas to supervise QMHP-CS, ensure high-quality client care, and oversee clinical documentation. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong knowledge of EMR systems, and the ability to coordinate with leadership.

Responsibilities include approving CANS 90-day reviews, supervising QMHPs bi-weekly, maintaining schedules, and ensuring timely submissions of assessments and forms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed to practice independently (LMFT/LPC/LCSW).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and state policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QMHPs to ensure correct client services and discharge processes.
• Approve CANS assessments and related documentation within established timelines.
• Coordinate weekly with Clinical Director and Operations Director on updates.
