Job summary

AOC Outreach Services seeks a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Texas to provide QMHP-CS supervision and direct clinical services to children and adults with mental health needs. Responsibilities include overseeing QMHP-CS, approving CANS, and coordinating care within Lauris ERM and CMBHS systems.

Must hold an active Texas license and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are required; travel in the local area is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold LMFT/LPC/LCSW license in Texas.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write QMHP-CS scripts and supervise QMHPs on client cases.
• Approve CANS every 90 days in CMBHS and discharge CANS within 48 hours.
• Provide QMHP-CS clinical supervision bi-weekly; submit notes in Lauris ERM within 48 hours.
• Schedule and conduct 3 assessments per week; keep calendar updated.
• Review and approve 90-day QMHP documentation (Quarterly Form, ISP Form).
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and Director of Operations weekly.
• Lead monthly clinician overview meetings.
• Review Lauris documentation within 48 hours.
