Telecare Corporation's Deschutes Recovery Center in Bend, Oregon is hiring two Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHA) for overnight on-call per diem shifts. You will provide compassionate, hands-on support in a recovery-focused setting, following individualized service plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications include QMHA-R eligibility within 30 days, QMHA certification within 12 months, a valid driver's license and insurance, and a willingness to drive clients in
Qualifications
- QMHA-R eligibility within 30 days of hire.
- QMHA certification within 12 months of hire.
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
- Willingness to drive clients using a company vehicle.
Responsabilités
- Provide direct support to members based on individualized service plans.
- Support daily routines, wellness activities, and recovery goals.
- Observe and document behavioral health needs.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, activities, and groups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
- Support a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment.
