Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

• First aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and conditions.
• Ability to prepare medication doses accurately.
• Patient, calm demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver medications for residents.
• Administer medications throughout the day.
• Record every dose of medication administered.
• Observe residents for changes.
• Notify nurses about changes or medical issues.
• In the absence of the RN or RCC, lead during emergencies.
• Train new wellness team members.
• Maintain team accountability to ensure tasks are complete at the end of the shift.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• On-call responsibilities for wellness team.
