San Marino Retirement Community in Westminster, Colorado is seeking an experienced QMAP to join as Shift Supervisor. The role involves managing medication distribution, monitoring residents, and supporting nursing staff within a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver medications for residents.
• Administer medications throughout the day.

Shift Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing/delivering medications for residents


• Administering various types of medication throughout the day


• Recording every dose of medication administered


• Observing residents to look for changes


• Notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with residents


• In the abscence of the RN or RCC, lead during emergencies


• Train new wellness team members


• Maintain team accountability to ensure all tasks are complete at the end of the shift
