Stellar Senior Living in Colorado is seeking a Part-Time QMAP/Caregiver to join our caring team at The Grand at Broomfield. You will provide daily living support with kindness and respect, ensuring residents receive proper care, meals, and medications as per care plans.

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors
• Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners ordersfollowing safety protocols andthe plan of care (if QMAP)
