Job summary

Stellar Senior Living seeks a Part-Time QMAP/Caregiver for its community at The Grand at Broomfield. Join a team of caring professionals dedicated to providing residents with a stellar lifestyle built on kindness, dignity, and personalized support.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor dietary needs, respond to requests, and, when applicable, administer medications per doctor orders while following safety protocols and the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors
• Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners ordersfollowing safety protocols andthe plan of care (if QMAP)

Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. • Sunday & Monday Day Shifts:6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
