Job summary

The Grand at Broomfield is seeking a Part-Time QMAP/Caregiver to join our team to provide compassionate care for residents and support daily living activities with respect for their dignity and privacy.

Candidates will assist with daily tasks, monitor dietary needs, and may administer medications per orders if QMAP; we offer comprehensive benefits, company training, tuition reimbursement, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
• Ability to work as a team and also independently.
• A love for seniors.
• Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners ordersfollowing safety protocols andthe plan of care (if QMAP)

Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan.
