Job summary

Generations seeks a QMAP staff member to ensure residents receive medications as prescribed, following physician orders and care plans to support safety and wellbeing. This role operates within a team of caregivers in ourMontrose-based community, aligning with our mission to serve seniors with compassion.

Previous QMAP experience is preferred but not required; CNA/HHA certification is a plus, and CPR/First Aid training is available on hire.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a QMAP is preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications as prescribed.

Job description

The QMAP staff at Montage Creek is responsible for ensuring residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. Medication staff follow resident care plans and physicians' orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. They incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Part-time 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
• Full-time 6:00am - 2:00 pm
• 4 days on/ 2 days off, rotating schedule.
• PRN/On-call, available for all shifts
• 8-Hour Shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability

Requirements
