Job summary

Marquette Senior Living in Indiana is seeking a qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to assist with safe medication administration and resident-centered care in a memory care setting.

You will work with licensed nursing staff to ensure residents feel respected and well cared for, while documenting accurately and supporting daily activities and meals. A compassionate team environment and stability are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved QMA Training Program.
• Successful completion of the State Board QMA Exam.
• Active QMA registration on the Indiana CNA Registry.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Accurately document medication administration and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Support meal service, hydration, and overall resident comfort.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Follow direction from the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership.

Location: Marquette Senior Living
Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.37 per hour (pay is based on expierence)

Shift: The selected candidate will be scheduled to work a mix of day and evening shifts.

Position Summary

As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Assisted Living or Memory Care, you will support licensed nursing staff by delivering safe medication administration and compassionate, resident-centered care. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel respected, comfortable, and well cared for each day.
