Job summary

Marquette Senior Living is seeking a qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to support licensed nursing staff in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. You will administer medications safely and provide resident-centered care.

The role includes documenting administration, assisting with ADLs, and coordinating with the nursing team. Must complete state-approved QMA training, pass the QMA exam, and hold active Indiana QMA registration.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved QMA Training Program.
• Successful completion of the State Board QMA Exam.
• Active QMA registration on Indiana CNA Registry.
• Working knowledge of CNA/QMA duties and ADL support.
• Genuine commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Accurately document medication administration and report concerns promptly
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers
• Support meal service, hydration, and overall resident comfort
• Respond promptly to resident call lights
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Follow direction from the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership

Location: Marquette Senior Living
Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.37 per hour (pay is based on expierence)

Shift: The selected candidate will be scheduled to work a mix of day and evening shifts.
