Trilogy is seeking a Qualified (Certified) Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with medications and daily living activities for residents in a long-term care setting. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will administer prescribed meds and support residents with daily tasks.

State certification as QMA/CMA and a CNA certification are required, with 0–1 years of related experience preferred. This on-site role offers comprehensive Thrive benefits and weekly pay.

Formación

• Certified as a QMA or CMA by the state.
• Maintain a CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
