Job summary

American Senior Communities' Autumn Ridge is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for day shift. You will develop relationships with residents and staff, using medication administration skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being each day.

You will collaborate with nursing and care teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrate C.A.R.E. values, and bring compassion, accountability, relationships and excellence to every interaction with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA license.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
