Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group is seeking a compassionate QMA to provide quality care for seniors on full-time and part-time 12-hour day/evening/night shifts, with additional 8-hour shifts as needed. You will administer meds, monitor vitals, assist with ADLs, and educate families while supporting residents and families.

Qualified applicants should hold a state QMA certification, maintain a clean registry, and demonstrate strong teamwork and a passion for elder care. Prior long-term care experience is a plus.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications:

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) by the state
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
