Job summary

Reynaers Aluminium is seeking a BI Developer to translate complex data into clear insights and help drive data-driven decisions. You will build Qlik Sense dashboards across departments and connect IT with the business to enable standardized, automated reporting.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, model data, and train users on proper data input. This role is based at the Reynaers Campus in Duffel, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (IT/Data/Business Administration or Economics).
• Strong BI concepts and data experience; knowledge of data modelling and Qlik Sense is a major plus.
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Translating needs: align with departments to map reporting needs.
• Data analysis & structure: collect data from diverse sources and identify patterns.
• Dashboarding & optimization: build and optimize Qlik Sense dashboards with standardization and automation.
• Knowledge sharing & training: train key users and advise on data input quality.
