Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, seeks a skilled Qlik Sense Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions. You will collaborate with data engineers, stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable dashboards, reports, and insights that drive strategic decisions.

The role requires hands-on Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting experience, exposure to Azure or AWS, and a background in banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of BI/Analytics experience with at least 3 years of Qlik Sense development.
• Hands-on Qlik NPrinting development and administration in enterprise reporting.
• Experience in enterprise reporting, data visualization, and dashboard development.
• Proven ability to work directly with business users and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop, maintain, and support Qlik NPrinting reports, including report scheduling, distribution, and administration.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models, ETL scripts, and data integration processes.
• Create reusable QVD layers and implement best practices for performance optimization.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Implement security models, section access, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Support production deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
