Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission in Austin, TX seeks a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional III (QIDP III) to oversee ISP processes for individuals with intellectual disabilities at the Austin State Supported Living Center. You will coordinate IDT meetings, document plans, monitor implementations, train staff, and ensure compliance with ICF/IID standards.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work or related human services field.
• At least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ISP process for all individuals on the caseload.
• Coordinate and facilitate IDT meetings and documentation.
• Monitor ISP implementation and follow-up on recommendations.
• Train and coach staff on ISP delivery and behavior management.
• Maintain records in electronic systems and ensure timely documentation.
