Disability Resources Inc. (DRI) is a group home serving adults with developmental disabilities. We focus on quality of care and life, fostering independence, growth and happiness in a Christian environment.

We value teamwork, open communication, and staff development as essential to providing excellent care. The position is Full-Time, Monday–Friday, with extensive on-the-job training led by experienced supervisors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in nursing, psychology, social work, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or a related human services field.
• At least 1 year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.

Aufgaben

• Review and follow up on progress notes and behavior reports.
• In-service preparation and follow up ensuring all in-services are signed and returned.
• Collecting monthly data from each assigned home and compiling data into spreadsheet.
• Quarterly meeting preparation and follow ups.
• Preparations for staffing's.
• Communicates effectively with family members.
• Completes survey prep and is knowledgeable of what homes are due for survey.
• Other duties as assigned.
