Job summary

St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, in partnership with Tower Health, seeks a QI Coordinator II to drive quality improvement initiatives across clinical and administrative data.

You will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting outcomes while collaborating with hospital leadership, directors, and the medical staff to improve processes. Ideal candidates will have RN experience, a 4-year degree, and strong skills in analytics, change management, and presentation of findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant RN experience.
• Experience with quality improvement projects and data management.
• Proficiency with Epic and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support quality, safety, and service initiatives using CI methodologies.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting of outcomes.
• Facilitate teams through the process improvement cycle with internal/external stakeholders.
