Job summary

Airgas, Calgaz facility in Oldsmar, FL, seeks a QHSE Engineer to develop and maintain Quality and Integrated Management Systems (QMS/IMS). You will lead audits, drive CAPA, and coordinate supplier/customer quality across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in regulated manufacturing, ISO knowledge (9001, 17025, 1118, 17034), and hands-on experience with Intelex and SAP. Strong communication and training material development are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality assurance or operational excellence in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with ISO 17025/1118/17034 preferred.
• Proficiency with Intelex and SAP for quality management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS/IMS across the site.
• Lead audits (internal, external) and assist certification efforts.
• Coordinate CAPA, root-cause analyses, and 8D investigations.
• Support calibration, inspection, and maintenance of precision equipment.
• Track and report KPI data; drive continuous improvement.
