Job summary

Airgas USA, LLC is seeking a QHSE Engineer in Oldsmar, FL to drive quality management and compliance across ISO standards. You will guide audits, manage the Intelex platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process excellence.

3+ years in quality assurance within manufacturing, strong root-cause analysis skills, and hands-on SAP experience are required to advance Airgas’ safety and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quality assurance or operational excellence role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and preferably ISO 17025, ISO 11118 and ISO 17034.
• Hands-on experience with QMS platforms (Intelex preferred) and SAP.
• Proven ability to apply structured problem-solving (5-Why, Ishikawa, 8D, CAPA).
• Proficiency with calibration procedures and maintaining logs for precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and uphold ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 11118, and ISO 17034; guide audits.
• Implement and manage the Airgas/Calgaz QMS and IMS; support global direction.
• Manage controlled quality docs, SOPs, work instructions; support CAPA and 8D processes.
• Lead RCA, CAPA and 8D investigations to resolve non-conformances.
• Support calibration, inspection, and maintenance of precision equipment.
• Review KPIs with leadership and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure safety policies and participate in safety initiatives and audits.
• Collaborate across plants to share best practices.
