Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Business Manager for the QEWR program within the GBS Finance Team. The role leads financial analysis, EAC development, and program planning, partnering with PMO and leadership to align financial objectives and strategy.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent plus minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Program Controls and EVMS or EACs or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts with mentorship and training.
• Manage earned value and program performance, ensure EVMS policy compliance.
• Develop quarterly EACs and support monthly close activities.
• Interface with PMO and leadership to align strategy, operations, and finance.
• Support proposal development and program start-up activities.
