Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer focused on onboarding, methodologies, governance, and enablement.

You will advance enterprise quality engineering standards, governance, and maturity across Humana’s technology landscape, partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Agile leaders to raise adoption and audit readiness. The role requires strong QE experience, governance capabilities, and the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality engineering, software engineering, or related work.
• 3+ years leading enterprise standards, governance, or enablement initiatives.
• Experience defining quality engineering standards and SDLC controls.
• Experience with governance, risk, compliance, or audit support.
• Experience developing onboarding, training, or adoption programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and test automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
