Job summary

NationMind LLC is seeking a QE Architect in Pittsburgh, PA for a 12-month engagement. You will design enterprise-wide testing frameworks and automation pipelines, and drive quality across the SDLC.

You will lead the creation of scalable UI/API/microservices tests, integrate SAST/DAST/IAST gates into CI/CD, and mentor engineers in modern testing techniques including AI-driven workflows. Strong Java or Python coding skills required.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Selenium and API testing expertise.
• Experience with QE architecture and enterprise-wide testing frameworks.
• Familiar with CI/CD tooling and automated testing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, microservices, and backend testing.
• Build quality gates into CI/CD for continuous testing.
• Improve testability with metrics, dashboards, and test analytics.
• Architect test data strategies across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Mentor QE engineers and developers on coding, testing best practices and new technology (such as Generative AI).
• Define defect lifecycles and risk-based testing approaches across projects.
