The Shift Supervisor is responsible for executing restaurant operations in conjunction with the General Manager. The role involves following standard procedures to uphold Brand Values and foster a guest-centric culture that delivers excellent service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
The Shift Supervisor contributes to a positive work environment through a hospitable attitude, excellent operational performance, and a focus on guest and team member satisfaction.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 18 years old.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in restaurant operations.
Skills and Knowledge: Completion of Shift Supervisor training; ServSafe certification in some states; proficiency in English; helpful if proficient in Spanish; basic reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills; reliable transportation and compliance with driving requirements.
Physical Requirements: Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds; operate equipment at standard heights; work in potentially hazardous conditions; flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
