First Quality King of Prussia PA is seeking a QC Technician II to support quality testing and material verification in our McElhattan, PA facility. You will ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards and maintain the laboratory’s cleanliness and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic MS Office skills, and hands-on experience using measurement tools. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and safety policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the laboratory.
• Perform quality testing on production samples.
• Enter required test results into the Quality Data System.
• Support corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Assist with documentation, raw materials, chemicals and equipment.

We are seeking a QC Technician II for our First Quality located in McElhattan, PA This position will be responsible for requires an individual that excels in leadership and is a team player with a superb skill set. Beyond the technical qualifications of the position it is important that the individual demonstrates a character with strong family values and a willingness to build a solid working relationship with hands-on ownership

Primary Responsibilities

• Follows all Safety Rules and Safety Policies at NDI
• Exhibits a thorough understanding of NDI's Quality Policy
• Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations
• Maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of the laboratory
• Correctly performs and understands quality testing requirements
• Follows existing procedures applying to the Quality System
• Performs testing on Production samples at specified sampling frequencies
• Responsible for updating the hold status of materials
• Enters required test results into the Quality Data System
• Provide support for correcting non-conformances
• Provide support regarding documentation, raw materials, chemicals and equipment necessary for performing Quality functions
• Supports activities as assigned in the following areas
• Raw material verification
• Labeling/packaging approval & release
• First piece inspection
• Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic math skills
• Basic Quality Window reporting
• Development training course – Working as a Team
• Basic knowledge of SPC
• Ability to use basic measurement tools
• Basic written/verbal skills
