Diamondback Firearms, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Technician I to support expanding production with a focus on reducing costs, improving manufacturability, quality, and cycle times.

The role requires at least 1 year of quality experience and proficiency with MS Office for inspections. Candidates must pass a background and drug screen and meet ATF firearm possession requirements. This is a first-shift, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in quality.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing MS Office to prepare spreadsheets and inspection reports.
• Candidates must pass a background and drug screen and meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

Responsabilités

• Perform precision inspection/verification on machined parts, components, assemblies, and materials.
• First Article inspection, in process, and final inspection of parts and materials for workmanship and conformance to specifications and drawings.
• Record and report inspection process and results.
• Communicate with machine operators and supervisors to resolve inspection, engineering, and manufacturing challenges.
• Help to determine inspection procedures to ensure complete verification of specifications and dimensions.
• Interpret blueprints and all relevant specification sheets necessary to verify conformity.
• Obtain necessary fixtures, gauges, and indicators to check machine parts for compliance with specifications and tolerances.
• Other duties as assigned.
