We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent QC Technician to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who have a passion for quality control and are eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, cold environment within the food industry. Our QC Technician will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role and offers a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

As a QC Technician, you will be responsible for

• Conducting regular quality control tests and inspections on all products to ensure they meet established specifications for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Analyzing and interpreting test results and making recommendations for necessary adjustments.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all quality control activities.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of improved quality control methods.
• Working in a cold environment and ensuring that all safety practices are adhered to.
• Collaborating with production teams to identify and rectify potential quality risks and to continuously improve product quality.
• Participating in internal and external audits and ensuring corrective actions are implemented for any non-conformities identified.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in quality control techniques and industry standards.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Quality Control position within the food industry.
• Proficiency in working in a cold environment.
• A strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A degree or diploma in a related field would be considered an asset.
