Job summary

Appone in Hartland, WI is seeking a QC Technician for full-time roles. You will perform in-process inspections, final product audits, and receiving inspections on raw materials and finished parts as needed. A strong attention to detail and familiarity with inspection tools are essential.

Candidates should read prints, measure with gauges, and work with production operators on the shop floor. This position offers a hands-on environment in a manufacturing setting in Hartland, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret part and assembly prints with tolerances.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on a shop floor working with production operators.
• Proficient in basic shop math.
• Ability to use inspection gauges including dial calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with optical comparator or CMM is a plus.

Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time

• Ability to read and interpret Part and Assembly prints, tolerances incuding a familiarity with GDT


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Experience in a shop floor environment working in conjunction with production machine operators.


• Proficient with Shop Math (Angles, etc.)
