Job summary

Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.Pay: $20/hr-$25/hr

Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our Engineering & Quality team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in CMM programming and inspection processes, along with a strong understanding of GD&T.

Key Responsibilities

• Fist and Final piece inspection
• Document and generate detailed inspection reports
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues
• Keep the inspection area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of QZ/QA experience
• Familiarity with PC-DMIS, Calypso, or other CMM software is a plus

Skills

• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
• Proficient with mechanical inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc.)
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and inspection documentation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Effective communication and ability to work both independently and in a team

Additional Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Able to lift to 30 lbs.
• Fine motor skills for handling small precision components

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, oils, and temperature fluctuations

Required PPE includes safety glasses and steel-toed shoes

Occasional overtime or off‑shift work may be required
