Pacific American Fish Co in Doral, FL is seeking a QA/QC-focused individual to monitor production processes and ensure compliance with food safety standards. You will inspect materials, lines, and products, document HACCP and GMP procedures, perform temperature checks and audits, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Strong attention to detail and communication with QA/QC and production teams, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, food manufacturing, or seafood processing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and food-safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Inspect raw materials, production lines, and finished products for quality and specification compliance.
• Monitor and document HACCP, GMP, SOP, and sanitation requirements.
• Perform pre-operational inspections, ATP/environmental swabbing, and temperature checks.
• Identify quality or food-safety deviations and communicate issues to QA/QC and production teams.
• Complete QC records, corrective actions, calibration checks, and traceability documentation.
• Assist with internal audits, inspections, mock recalls, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment.
