Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a Specialist to support the QC ELN and consumable management systems across seven QC organizations. You will troubleshoot templating, template qualification, and user access, while authoring SOP revisions and coordinating with technology teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a BS in QC with 5+ years of QC experience, strong data integrity knowledge, and excellent communication. Biovia SmartLab and CIMS experience are preferred to ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• BS in quality control or related field and at least 5 years QC experience.
• Experience as business process owner for QC systems is required.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capabilities.
• Knowledge of data integrity requirements for QC systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot QC ELN and consumable management systems across multiple sites.
• Review and approve system user access and conduct periodic reviews.
• Author and revise SOPs; collaborate with technology teams to resolve issues.
• Provide audit support and drive alignment across the QC network.
