Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Quality Control/Stability role focused on maintaining cGMP compliant laboratories, performing bioburden and endotoxin testing, and supporting product dispositions. The position requires experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing and strong data analysis skills.

Primary duties include writing SOPs and reports, following safety policies, and collaborating across teams to ensure timely sample handling and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining cGMP compliant QC and stability lab activities.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality within biotech/pharma industries.
• Understanding of laboratory instrumentation function and troubleshooting.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform complex mathematical problems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to maintain cGMP compliant QC and Stability labs.
• Follow Environment Health and Safety requirements for site and QC labs.
• Perform bioburden and endotoxin testing of routine samples.
• Support product dispositions through sample review and reconciliation.
• Support lab activities with routine inventory checks and adhoc requests.
• Write SOPs, technical reports, project plans, etc.
