Job summary

Pfizer is seeking candidates for roles in QC and Stability labs to support cGMP compliance, testing, and data analysis. You will contribute to bioburden/testing, sample review, SOP writing, and project documentation.

The position features a first-shift schedule (Sun–Thu) on site in the United States, with a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary range of $60,200 to $100,400 plus a 7.5% bonus target.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in biotech, pharma, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality in biotech/pharma.
• Fundamental understanding of lab instrumentation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGMP compliant QC and Stability laboratories.
• Follow EH&S requirements for site and QC labs.
• Perform bioburden and endotoxin testing of samples.
• Support product dispositions through sample review and reconciliation.
• Assist lab activities with routine inventory checks and ad hoc requests.
• Write SOPs, technical reports, and project plans.
