Job summary

Kelly is hiring for a quality control laboratory position in the biotech/pharma sector. The role requires a minimum of two years in a QC lab, with preference for biotech/pharma experience, and strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and quality management systems.

You will perform analytical testing using HPLC, ICP-MS, UV-Vis spectroscopy, flow cytometry, and other techniques, while ensuring SOP adherence, GDP-compliant documentation, and calibration of lab instruments.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in quality control laboratory environment, preferably in biotech/pharma industry preferred
• Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology or related scientific field
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and quality management systems
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, ICP-MS, UV-Vis spectroscopy, flow cytometer, NMR, Absorption, Organic Chemistry, and dissolution testing
• Experience with microbiological testing methods and aseptic techniques
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain detailed documentation per GDP requirements
• Strong computer skills including LIMS, Microsoft Office, and analytical software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration
• Knowledge of relevant pharmacopeia standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Flexible scheduling may be required
• Physical ability to perform laboratory work including PPE usage
