Job summary

WAC Group in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (Day Shift) at our lighting and smart technology facility.

You will inspect lighting and electronics products, perform tests with standard equipment, identify root causes, and document findings promptly. The ideal candidate has electronics/manufacturing QC experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP for data

What You\'ll Do

Investigate Product Quality Issues

• Inspect lighting and electronics products for defects and performance issues
• Perform technical evaluations using test equipment, visual inspections, and diagnostic procedures
• Identify root causes and document findings accurately and on time

Drive Quality Improvements

• Create and maintain root cause and resolution reporting.
• Track open quality issues and perform thorough follow through
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
