Sterling Pharma Solutions Limited is seeking a Project Planner - QC to drive project results and ensure testing deliverables meet customer standards and timelines. This role requires strong communication, GMP awareness, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across sites and labs.

The Project Planner - QC will manage testing assignments, data uploads, and status updates, while maintaining visibility into KPIs and ensuring compliance with training requirements.

Formación

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Up to 2 years of related pharmaceutical or analytical laboratory experience.
• Prior project management and/or CDMO experience preferred.
• GMP environment knowledge is important.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate testing assignments.
• Upload data and reports to internal/external fileshares.
• Support timely completion of open actions and drive resolution.
• Monitor QC readiness items in support of manufacturing.
• Coordinate testing across sites and external labs.
• Track metrics for QC KPIs and communicate status.
• Serve as main contact for QC project activities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and training requirements.
