Sterling Pharma Solutions Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator - QC to support QC leadership and ensure timely completion of testing deliverables in a GMP environment. You will interact with cross-functional teams, manage data and documentation, and coordinate external testing and shipping activities to meet customer expectations.

Ideal candidates bring up to 2 years in pharma or analytical labs, an associates (bachelor’s preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office to track progress and

Formación

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree in business, technical or scientific discipline preferred.
• Up to 2 years of related pharmaceutical or analytical laboratory experience required.
• Prior project management and/or CDMO experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage testing assignments.
• Upload data, reports and documents to fileshares.
• Support timely completion of open actions and drive resolutions.
• Monitor QC readiness items in support of manufacturing.
• Coordinate shipments and scheduling for testing at external labs.
• Track metrics for QC KPIs and communicate status to leadership.
