Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Supervisor Micro, Quality Control to lead the QC microbiology laboratory on a fixed-term basis. This role reports to the Director of Quality and Compliance and is based onsite in Europe/Middle East/Africa region, Sweden (Helsingborg area).

The incumbent will drive testing quality, investigations, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in microbiology or related field, strong GMP knowledge, and prior experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the QC Microbiology laboratory.
• Ensure microbiological testing follows approved procedures, GMP, and regulatory expectations.
• Review and approve laboratory data, investigations, and documentation.
• Manage environmental monitoring, water testing, and microbiological support for manufacturing operations.
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments.
• Ensure lab personnel are trained, qualified, and performing activities safely and effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance lab efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering and Supply Chain to support production goals.
• Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
