You will oversee the full employee lifecycle and supervise testing activities including environmental monitoring and microbiology analysis. As both a people leader and SME, you will ensure regulatory compliance, guide OOS and CAPA investigations, champion continuous improvement, and represent the department during

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Science or equivalent field.
• Adherence to cGMP and Quality standards across QC operations.
• Interpret and implement quality standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Lead scheduling, workload prioritization, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff with feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Assign, prioritize, and oversee daily QC activities to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and progress against quality and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, regulatory, and safety requirements; escalate risks to senior management.
• Review, approve, and sign quality documentation per policies and authorization levels.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement while maintaining on-time performance.
